A very well known US owned Footwear Company. They have a one shift manufacturing operation with 500 employees in Puerto Rico. Work force is stable.

You will be in charge of overseeing efficiencies and getting efficiencies where they need to be. Must have background in Footwear; background in Boots would be favorable. Also, someone heavy in stitching and injection molding.
